Where we are

Afissos is located approximately 25km from the city of Volos. Reaching Afissos from Volos is very easy, and the route will take you along the coast and past some wonderful scenery and landscapes.

As you head out of Volos, you will follow the coastal road, and follow the main road signs that point towards Argalasti ( which is one of the largest villages in South Pelion ).

As you follow the coastal road, you will pass the villages of Agria, Lechonia, Malaki, Kato Gatzea, Kala Nera and Koropi. A short distance after you pass the village of Koropi, you will see the road signs that point to Afissos. The road you will need to take is clearly marked.

You will follow this road down towards the village. The road takes you through some beautiful olive groves, and after several minutes, you will see the main part of the resort of Afissos in front of you.

The “Marabu Bar Restaurant” is located towards the far side of the village. Following the road, you will reach the beautiful beach of Abovos, and we are situated right next to the beach.
